Two Weeks, Two Degrees...

Whiteout conditions and uphill climbs
The Interchange Shackleton South Pole Expedition team has trekked over 200 kilometers over some of the most treacherous terrain on the planet. Avoiding numerous crevasses and dragging full sleds uphill in whiteout, sub-zero temperatures has become their daily routine. But despite these grueling conditions, the team is on schedule; and once they get through a few bad patches, they should eventually have the opportunity to get ahead of schedule. Everyone is in good shape, and there are now only eight degrees to go!
